I noticed some issues with the finished book, so I fixed those I found. I also expanded failed teleportation example, and added detailed description of rules which didn't make it into simplified notational grammar.
Of course, it's entirely possible that there are several more issues to be found, so I won't be uploading the book onto GitHub just yet. As a result, updated version of the book is available only at Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fhiSsYFTW3jId0Fq5StJdBER_ukfjwZb/view?usp=sharing.
